So, summer is just around the corner and that great bulge-burying sweat suit is only going to become more and more uncomfortable. Thus, the thing to do is get in shape so that you actually feel good about how you look. We all know that when we look good, we feel good!
We can probably all agree that it is difficult to leave our old routines behind, but I am here to tell you, looking good will not come easy. No pill; no overnight “miracle” is going to replace a good old-fashioned healthy lifestyle.
